  • Diet Plan: I customize meal plans based on my clients’ needs and preferences. Clients receive their specific macro calculations, measured daily meals, water intake, and the snacks, sauces, and seasonings I recommend. Diet plans are updated weekly. Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian friendly.

  • Training Plan: My online training plans include 4-5 workouts per week, cardio, and a tracking schedule, all tailored to clients’ physique goals. I include a video tutorial explaining each movement, exercises, reps, weight, and rest times. Training plans are updated weekly.
